to add it to your rental list. You may add as many items as
you like. You'll always want to keep your list full so they
can quickly ship your next available pick. They will keep shipping
DVDS/GAMES until you have reached your maximum allowed according
to your rental plan.
Special Orders - DVD Avenue also sells DVD'S. If there is a
particular DVD you want to purchase but is not listed or is
out of stock please e-mail customer service and they can place
a special order.
Payment & Security - DVD Avenue accepts the following credit
cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. they
use 128-bit encryption through a secure server to process all
transactions. they do not accept any other method of payment.
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member. When
joining DVD Avenue please provide your exact billing address
and telephone number the credit card provider has on file. (note:
phone number is NOT used for solicitation) If the information
is incorrect you may be delayed membership.
DVD Handing & Care - Always handle DVDS/GAMES by the outer
edge using your fingertips. Fingerprints on the surface of the
disc can cause the disc to freeze or jump. If you notice any
fingerprints on the surface take a soft cloth and wipe the surface
gently. DO NOT use any type of solution on the disc. Always
keep the DVD/GAME in its rental sleeve when not in use. You'll
find that Avenue DVD rental by mail is very easy and convieneint.
Rental Returns - Avenue DVD rental allows you to keep your
rentals as long as you like. Remember, there are NO due dates
and NO late fees. When you do return your rentals please slip
them into their rental sleeve and insert the rental into the
pre-paid mailer. Then just drop into any mailbox and your done.

your returns.

A: To Join you must click on the Join Now link on thier home
page. Please follow the directions thereafter. Once you join
and register your e-mail and password, you may start adding
DVDS/GAMES to your rental list. You may update your account
by logging in to the site and clicking "update account"

Q: How do I choose a rental program?
A: DVD Avenue offers 4 different rental programs. Under any
of the programs you can keep the DVD's for any length of time
and there are no late fees. The only difference in the programs
is the number of DVD's you are allowed to keep on hand at anyone
time. The faster you return the movies the more DVD's you can
get in any given month, no limits.

Ifu are having difficulty renting a particular title please
notify customer service and they will take care of the problem
immediately. Also if there is a title you want to rent but it
is not listed on the site please notify customer service. Thier
Goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction.
Q: How long does it take to receive my selections?
A: The average time it takes to receive your DVD's/games is
2-4 days. If you live in the D.C. Metro Area it will take 1-3
days.
And there's no risk. If you're not completely satisfied, simply
cancel your membership after 2 weeks.
